By accessing or using the Platform and/or placing any order, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced on the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or Services.
The terms “user”, “you”, “your”, or “customer” refer to any person accessing, browsing, or using the Platform at any time.
Persons who are not competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
The Platform is intended for personal, academic, or domestic printing needs only. Commercial, resale, or bulk business usage may be restricted at our discretion.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf and shall be jointly responsible for compliance.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
aravalli.shop does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, or error-free operation of the Platform. We shall not be liable for technical failures, data loss, delays, or service interruptions.
Print outputs are based strictly on the files uploaded by users. Variations in color, alignment, margins, paper texture, or finish may occur due to machine, material, or screen-to-print differences.
Any material downloaded or uploaded is done at your own discretion and risk. aravalli.shop is not responsible for damage to your device or loss of data.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse to print or process any content that is unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate or NSFW, as determined at our sole discretion.
aravalli.shop shall not be responsible for any unauthorized communications, scams, or frauds carried out by third parties claiming to represent us.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as OTPs, CVV, passwords, or PINs via calls or emails. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it immediately.
Any loss or delay caused due to incorrect information, user unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery shall be the user’s responsibility.
Orders may be subject to printing charges, delivery charges, platform fees, convenience fees, or other applicable charges. All charges are disclosed before checkout and must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Supported payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, or other RBI approved methods as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. aravalli.shop is not a banking or financial institution and shall not be liable for payment gateway issues.
You represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that such use does not violate any law.
We use Razorpay payment links exclusively for payment completion and do not store any payment-related data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
