Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Locations

Customers must select their delivery location from the list of pre-approved and serviceable locations available on the platform. Delivery is limited strictly to these locations.

For student orders, printed materials will be delivered to the hostel front desk or designated reception area. Individual room delivery is not supported.

2. Delivery Timings

Deliveries are carried out between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. Orders will not be delivered outside these hours under any circumstances.

3. Non-Delivery Days

Delivery services are not available on:

  • Sundays
  • Government-declared public holidays
  • Rainy days or adverse weather conditions

In such cases, deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available working day without liability.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to operational constraints, weather conditions, location access issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays shall not be considered a breach of service.

5. Order Handover and Responsibility

Once the printed material is delivered and handed over at the selected location (including hostel front desks), the order shall be deemed successfully delivered. Aravalli.shop shall not be responsible for loss, misplacement, or damage occurring after handover.
