These Terms and Conditions govern the use of printing services provided by Aravalli.shop (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the platform and placing a print order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To avail printing services, users must upload a soft copy of documents, files, images, or other content in a supported and printable format (“Print Documents”) or trigger a printing request for documents available on the platform. Upon successful submission, the Print Documents will be processed, printed, and delivered to the user.
Only the following file formats are accepted for printing: PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG. The maximum allowed file size per upload is 10 MB.
Files that exceed the size limit, use unsupported formats, are corrupted, password-protected, or otherwise unprintable may be rejected or result in order cancellation without liability.
You agree not to upload any Print Documents that are unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
While reasonable safeguards are used, Print Documents are uploaded at your own risk. Users are advised not to upload confidential, sensitive, or personal documents. Aravalli.shop shall not be responsible for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of such content.
Print Documents are stored only for operational purposes. All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 3 days of order completion or delivery, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements. We do not offer long-term storage or retrieval of uploaded files.
Printing fees and applicable charges are displayed prior to order confirmation. By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed amount. Payments may be required in advance. Pricing is subject to change at our discretion.
To fulfill printing and delivery services, Print Documents may be shared with affiliated vendors, franchise partners, or third-party printing facilities strictly for printing and delivery purposes.
Any issues with defective or incorrect printouts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images and order details. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.
You agree to use the printing services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
By uploading Print Documents, you consent to the collection, temporary storage, processing, and usage of such data solely for the purpose of providing printing services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Printing services are availed at your own discretion and risk. Aravalli.shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
